Receiving Bills for someone who has passed away

Hi,

I moved into my home around 2 years ago and since then we still seems to receive the previous owners BT Bills. I always return to sender the letters but we still get them. 
I’ve since found out that the person has passed away a few months ago, but we still keep getting the bills. 
How do I contact BT (without being a customer) to tell them the person hasn’t lived here for 2 years and has now passed?

Im quite surprised they couldn’t work out that someone new had moved in and taken over the line considering we’ve been with both TalkTalk and Sky since then.
