I would be grateful for some advice on this issue.
I am trying to return some BT equipment which I am not using currently. I have not been requested to do so (my contract is ongoing).
I cannot seem to find the link on the BT website anywhere.
How can I request bags and labels to return this equipment?

I am sorry for the problems getting hold of a returns kit to send back the equipment. Give my colleagues a shout in the helpdesk and they should be able to organise this. You can reach them on 0330 1234 150.
