Returned kit end of July , still wants to charge me

Hi there ,

 

I have sent back my old kit end of July (30/07) I’m still receiving reminders . Also they want to charge me £43 for what ? Who can help me ? 
I have a tracking receipt Royal Mail 48 hours . I appreciate if anyone can help .

if you have tracking number then phone CS 03301234150 and they should be able to update your account
