Recover Credit

Hello,

I moved house last year and for some reason BT gave me another account number.  As a result i have two account numbers.  By current bills come out of the new one, but my old one is £131.88 in credit.

How do I recover this?

Tried phoning and am really struggling to get through to a human being.
