Recycling BT equipment

Hi there, how do I go about requesting a recycle/returns bag for BT equipment no longer in use? It hasn't been requested I return it so no option on my online account, but the engineer advised they will take it back to recycle it?

If you call BT 0330.1234.150  Billing you can request that they send one out to you.
