Hi
I wish to return a BT router and accessories for recycling but can't find the link to request a returns bag.
Can someone point me in the right direction please?
Thanks

Re: Recycling a BT Router
Call BT 0800.800.150 or if it is not an item that is required to be returned or you would be charged a fee you can just take it to your local recycling centre

Re: Recycling a BT Router
Thanks for the reply gg30340.
It is not an item that is required to be returned so, from your reply, I take it that BT will not recycle it, or not for free.
I will take it to the recycling centre on my next trip.

Sorry, I did not made it clear. The fee would only be if you did not return the item because it was on loan and/or BT had requested its return and you failed to return it.
If BT have not requested the return you can still return it by requesting a "returns bag". There is no fee for that or you can take it to the recycling centre.
