Returning BT Router

Been with BT since 2017 but have recently terminated my contract. I saw somewhere that BT will send me some packaging, but i've received nothing.

 

What should I do?

Have a look at MyBT, any BT kit you are required to return will be listed under "Return Your BT Kit"

If you have something that you want to return that that does not require returning (e.g. something supplied to you prior 13 Dec 2019) then you can request a bag from customer services on 0800 800 150.

Thanks.

When I log in, it just says " Sorry we can't get your account details at the moment " 

It has said this  for a couple of weeks now, shall I just call up ?

Have you actually been asked by BT to return any equipment?

If you have not been asked it may be the case that you do not have any equipment that is required to be returned.

BT do ask that old equipment is returned for recycling rather than throw it into landfill and if that is the case you could just take it to your local recycling centre.
