Refer a Friend - Amazon Voucher

Hi Team,

My friend referred me to BT broadband and I'm now using BT since Jan 2022. I'm also referred another friend to BT and he has connection from Feb 2022. Since this is under referral scheme, I should have received two Amazon voucher worth of total £100. Unfortunately I didn't receive any. Tried to call the customer care team and they said it will be available in next 48 hours. But nothing happened. Someone please help me on this?
