Refer a Friend Voucher

I joined BT Broadband as a new customer at the end of October. I was referred by a friend, and received an email confirming the referral was successful.

The email stated that myself and my friend would both receive a £50 amazon voucher 30 days after paying my first bill. I have just paid my third bill and we are still waiting for our vouchers. I have spoken to customer support four times; the first two times I was told I would be contacted within a week with a solution and never heard anything back, the third time a complaint was raised but it was closed the same day with no solution, and the fourth time another complaint was raised and nothing else has happened.

I'm not really sure what else I can do to claim these vouchers? It has now been 60+ days since I paid my first bill.
