Hi, a friend joined BT a few months back via my referral link and as of yet we both haven’t had the incentive payment. How long does this take as it’s been over 2 months now.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't received the voucher as part of the refer-a-friend offer. The quickest way to get this sorted is by giving BT a call on 0330 1234 150.
They'll then be able to chase this with the promotions team. Please give that number a call, post back and let me know how you get on.
