I applied for the refer a friend offer and received an email from bt with the refer code which I shared with my daughter so that we could both receive the £50 Amazon vouchers when she had broadband installed at her new address.
After receiving no emails from bt to advise further information, we were told to wait for 30 days before vouchers were sent.
My daughter has now paid her 2nd direct debit and still nothing. I see previous posts also having difficulty with the offer and requiring the help of a moderator to resolve.
we have spent many hours on the chat being passed around to no avail, any help /advice would be welcomed. Thank you. Juluan
