Hello, I had a 40 day delay for my full fibre installation to be completed, even though I was asked to pay from my original install date. Am I due a refund?
Compensation for a delay is only offered if you have received the install date in writing. I think that if they have notified you in writing prior to that date that the date is changed it is from the new date given.
