I have an old redundant service registered against my account which is causing issues with the management of my new active services. Could this old service be removed from my account. Many Thanks.
Ok, thought that might be the case. When the accounts are marked as closed I can delete them, but for some reason that one still shows open. I've asked for help to see if I can get my permissions extended to help clean up.
The general advice now is to create a new BT ID with a different email address. Is that an option for you?
