Hi I'm signed into mybt and it shows two mobile phones. This was correct, however one of the phones is no longer in use but I am still getting billed for it. I have looked all over /mybt and cannot see a way to remove it. Is there any way I can do this from /mybt or do I have to phone up?

you need to phone CS 03301234150 and they will help if still getting billed are you still in a contract with that phone?
