Remove an old account from my BT id

Hi

I have two old accounts linked to my BT from several years ago. Please can you tell me how to remove them, as when I login, I keep having to find a way of switching, which is frustrating.

I am sorry for the duplicate accounts on your BT ID.  Give my colleagues a call in the helpdesk on 0330 1234 150 and one of the team will be happy to help you out.
