Hi, I have 2 accounts listed in MyBT, which unfortunateky defaults to the old one.
Spoke to customer services who advised me to re-add the existing account and select as default, but this hasn't helped.
Any idea how I can remove the old account, to leave the current account as default? Looking on this forum I'm unable to do myself online?
