Removing Cancelled Orders - My email I want to use is locked into them

When ordering Full Fiber, I had a order cancelled - not by me, Order was repeated and given a new order number account ID,  I set up a Direct Debit,  I added my email to this order, and BT installed my Internet, I then go an email saying "I missed a Payment" after phone call I was told my Direct Debit was Cancelled, so I reinstated the Direct Debit. and thought That's it, all good to go.

I got a message on trying to get the GamePass (greatgrand children were excited) It said My account was not Active result I had been given a new Order account ID - I had to use a new e-mail & No way to install Gamepass... 

I need to have the ghost accounts removed - as they have forced me to use a new user ID - not the one I would like to use. 

Plus the children would love to play a game or two, while on a visit.
