Removing a redundant account number form my BT account

I have two account numbers on my BT account. One is redundant and I would like to get rid of it, can I do it from my BT account, if not how do I go about it.

Thanks guys!    I just spoke to a friendly chap who sorted my problem in a couple of minutes.
