I got a email saying I could renew my line rental saver on line. P.S you can not do it on line can you get this fix please. When you click on this link you can only phone 2 renew you line rental saver. Plus with you being a Loyal Customer why does BT not Increase your broad band speed every year for free. Can BT look into those 2 things please
your line rental is included in your broadband package price and LRS is misleading.
if you want a faster speed then you need to select a better faster package assuming there is one available. you will currently be receiving the best speed your line can offer for the package you selected
