Repayment plan

I’ve recently set up a instalment plan coz I lost my job due to my health 

i owe abit of debt so set this plan up so I can pay my normal bills with extra added on for money owed

please can anyone let me know how I find it on my account

Thanks for posting.

With an installment plan, you won't be able to see it on your account as it's not an everyday billing feature. Did you receive an email confirmation of your installment plan this should detail what you need to pay and when.

My best advice if you're uncertain about the details of your installment plan or what you need to pay and when would be to give us a call on 0330 1234 150.  An advisor will be able to confirm the details of your plan and what you need to do to ensure you make the correct payments on time as per the instructions of the installment plan.
