My father has changed his package and been asked to return his kit.He hasn’t been told what kit to return
If he does this then he won’t have Wi-Fi?
Is he supposed to receive new kit?

He would only get new equipment if he was upgrading from a non fibre package to a fibre package.
It is an automated reminder. Just ignore it if you were not issued any new kit. If you get any more reminders call 0330.1234.150 and explain to them what is happening and they will stop the reminders being sent.
