I cancelled my TV package as I never used it , I was sent a bag to send back x 2 TV boxes, I sent this about 3 weeks ago but after speaking to BT via live chat it has not been received. I cant find my postage receipt anywhere 😞 What are my options ?, I really don't want to be charged especially this time of year 😞 Ill keep looking for the receipt but its not looking good.

BT are taking three to four weeks to update accounts after receipt of returned items. If you find your proof of postage or proof of delivery you can call BT 0330.1234.150 and they can update your account.
Failing that wait until four weeks have past and if your account is still not updated post back for further assistance.
