Return bags still not received

Hi I was sent a new router and was informed that the kit to send back the old one would be provided but it wasn't so I used the app and ordered a bag and still I have nothing.. I don't want to get charged 50 for not having the return kit. Can we look into this or advise what I can do..

I'm sorry that you haven't received the returns kit to send back your Hub.  Give my colleagues a call in the helpdesk and they'll be able to help you out.  You can reach them on 0800 800 150.

Post back and let me know how you get on chatting with them.

The bags I originally asked for via the app came 10 days and the called version came in 5 days. Better off calling in to get them to send you a set.. finally all is off and I won't be getting any charge.. pheww. Thanks for the heads up to call
