Hi I moved out and terminated the broadband service. I was informed to return kit and return bag would send to me within 7 days, but it wasn’t so. Then I requested a return bag again and double check my new address but still I have nothing. I already requested an extra return bag twice, and want to return kit asap..I don't want to get charge £50 for not returning the kit. Can look into this or advise what I can do..
