I posted the Hub2, that I received in error, back to BT. I used provided white back and the label. I have the royal mail receipt. The tracking says it was delivered to BT on the 13th September. Today 22nd September, I received another BT message reminding me about the return. Please advise what should I do next.

it can take up to 4 weeks for BT records to be updated. you can phone CS 03301234150 and with your receipt of posting they should be able to update your record
