Account

Hi, I’ve recently took a new contract out for full fibre broadband and was obviously given an account number. I already had BT sports through my EE contract so already had an account number. I’ve had both accounts linked so I can see them in the My BT app but can’t access any of the usage or bills tabs, it just says “sorry there was a problem due to a technical hitch…..  if I switch accounts then it just says sorry nothing to see here…..

 

any help appreciated
