Return kit haven’t arrived

Hi! I ordered 4 return bags in the past month and none of them arrived. I’m going on holidays in two weeks and will be back after due date for returning my kit. How can I solve this ? As I lost hope in any of the bags arriving even if I order again and I’m not going to pay for the kit that I want to return but I’m not able too. I called customer service but they were no help either
