I returned my kit over 3weeks and and was received by bt 2 weeks ago but still received texts saying I will be charged and still showing on my account. Is there an email to send the proof of postage.

It is presently taking three to four weeks for accounts to be updated.
You can call BT 0800.800.150 with your Proof of Postage and they should be able to update it for you.
