I have had an email asking me to return a smart hub we were loaned when without broadband. We are no longer a BT customer but when I login to ask for a bag to be sent there is no return kit button. Please can anyone advise of the address or how I can get a bag?

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.
