I returned my kit in July 2024 using the bag provided, and no longer have the tracking receipt as I wrongly assumed all was well as I had received a text from BT to say they had received it. I'm now getting messages saying that the kit hasn't been returned and I'll be charged £30. I can't find the tracking receipt, given the length of time since posting. What do I do?

Call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and explain what has happened and they shoulf be able to sort it out for you.
Your text acknowledgement is the proof you need. Do a screenshot and send it to them.
