I have recently renewed my TV contract but opted not to have a new set top box.
I am now being asked to return my old box despite not having received a new box.
Am I obliged to return my old box (there is mention of payments being due if I don't)?

The return email will have been an automated email sent out when a contract is renewed.
You do not need to return the old box if you are still using it and never got a new one or if you received the equipment prior to 13.12.19
