Hello
Six weeks ago I returned my hub equipment via Post Office as requested by BT to now be informed they haven’t received it and I will be charged £50. All I have had for weeks from BT are email reminders to post equipment back after I had already done so. Who is checking these returns? Obviously not BT. Please can someone tell me where I go from here? I cannot afford this charge. Please help.

If you have Proof of Postage you can call BT 0800.800.150 and they will update your account.
