I'm being asked to return the BT kit which is fine but included on the list are 2 Halo discs whereas I only received and have ever used just the 1. If I ever received a replacement, I would have returned the faulty one (I did return a batch of kit some 18 months ago but can't remember what now - I've been with them decades so there was quite a haul). Also I don't recall receiving any disc in recent years - it is Halo 1. How best to communicate this with them? I don't want to get into a battle over this or pay for something I don't have.
