Return of kit

I have returned my kit today, I have proof in reciept so I need the charge taking off my bill. How do I do this please? Thank you.

If you call BT 0330 1234 150 with your Proof of Postage or Receipt they can update your account  or if you rather wait, it will be updated within a few weeks.
