I've had an e-mail advising that my Line Rental Saver ends on the 25th, clicking on the link to renew I get an error message :
Reason: Client address is not authorised.
I've removed the router address for security.
I have Full Fibre 100 and Digital Voice, I recycled the hub to get a new IP but the error is the same.
Any ideas, or should I just phone up to renew?
