Return of the kit

Hi, I was sent an email saying to return my kit in the prepaid envelope they would send me. I waited but nothing ever came, I tried calling but just endless waiting. Now I received another mail telling me to do everything through My BT, but I can't find the link. Could you help me resolve this situation? Thank you
