Return previous BT kit

Can somebody please help me return the old BT kit?

we have received some emails reminding us that we have to return it BUT we haven't received any return bag and when I log in to my account there is NOWHERE on the page a "return your kit" link or anything else in order to ask for a bag.

PLEASE HELP!
