Return router

Hi all,

I just called for leaving BT, and my service will be stopped soon, but the email about service stop doesn’t mention anything about returning router, so I just want to ask where could I apply for a return bag for my router?

Call BT 0330.1234.150 and ask for one to be sent to you. 

Keep the Proof of Posting until your account has been updated, which can take four weeks to indicate that it has been received.

Hi @Yyyyyyy, welcome to the forum. If you're cancelling all your services and equipment needs to be returned it will be automatically sent to you close to the end date of your service,
