I sent back 2 items, hub and disc, in the same package. Only received acknowledgement of the disc and have not received the refund for the hub. What is the best contact to resolve this?

You are correct, in that when you fail to return you are charged for the equipment. However when you send the equipment back after this charge has been applied, BT will refund it.
In my case I was charged for both hub and disc. On sending both back, I only have acknowledgement of the disc being received and refunded. Considering they were in the same box, this is rather annoying.
