I recently received a new BT Smart Hub 2 - no idea why it was sent to me, then a day or two later BT asked me to return a Smart Hub 2 or get a £50 bill if I did not !
All very strange and somewhat annoying to say the least.
SO, I got the return pack and sent back on 21st March - tracking shows it has been redelivered .
Yet I am still getting émail and texts telling. me to return or face a bill
Can't get through to BT to save my life let alone get this addressed with 40+ mins sat in a queue each time, before I run out of patience and give up.
Any suggestions on how I get this sorted ?
