Returned Equipment

Does anybody know if there are delays in BT processing returned kit. I returned my BT TV pro box and WI-FI Disc on March 20th and from the proof of posting it was delivered on the 24th March. It's now nearly a month later and still keep getting texts  saying kit needs to be returned and it is still showing as awaiting return when I log into MyBT. I do it wish to be charged for these 2 items as Bt have had them back.

have you tried phoning CS 03301234150 with your proof of posting and they should be able to help
