Hi, I returned my hybrid connect at the start of december. It’s currently been over one month and I’ve just got a text saying I will be charged £63 for not returning. I had countless issues with not receiving returns bags, the guy over the phone was about to mark my equipment off as returned when I finally received all 4 bags at once through the post. So i told him i got the bags through and I took my hybrid connect to the post office and sent it off, they didn’t give me a receipt but I’ve never posted anything before so I didn’t know I needed one. I have no idea what to do, I’m a uni student and i can’t afford this £63, I’ve sent my equipment back but I don’t have a tracking number and I have no idea how to get one.
