I returned my Smart Hub 2 and My Bt disc, but when i got the email that my kit was returned it only said the disc was returned. I am not sure what happened to the Smart Hub 2 as now it says that the disc has been returned but no the smart hub 2. Can someone please help me with this?
Have you tried calling BT customer service on 0800.800.150 and explaining your problem to them?
If not you should do that in the first instance.
