So, I returned a BT You view box on 7 November with the provided label. Confirmed as delivered the following day but still showing as outstanding. I've been through something like this before and I think someone on here sorted it.

It is taking about four weeks for accounts to be updated when items are sent back.
Nobody including the moderators on this forum have account access but If you call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Posting or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
also asy you can prove tracking this is sent back then if it still shows awaiting then use live chat and give them the tracking number
