Returned hub showing 'awaiting return'

I returned my Smarthub2 on 28 Feb. Royal Mail show it delivered on 2 Mar yet it is still showing as 'awaiting return'.

It can take up to 28 days for the return to be processed in the warehouse. Keep the tracking number and if this still shows as not being returned call the team on 03301234150 with the tracking number and they can mark it as being returned.
