Hi, I returned a smart hub in November and have been receiving messages asking me to send it back even though I already did, now I am being wrongfully charged, I no longer have the receipt from the post office since it was so long ago. Can this be corrected before I get charged?
No help now but may be for others in future.
All the tv/broadband providers get loads of complaints that they dispute the return of kit.
It is worth taking a picture of the returns label with (or write down) the tracking number on it before posting.
However, I did this last week for a BT return and got a text yesterday from BT confirming they had it.
Have you tried calling them? Any luck?
