I receive exactly the same message and have been doing so for the last 15 months or so.
All I want to do is to give BT more money by upgrading my tv package and BT make it so difficult to do so.
Why can't I change my package online via my account?

Hi @Shyboy I'm so sorry you're unable to upgrade your TV in MyBT, we can ask our BT.com team to look into that for you and help you upgrade. I'll send you a private message so you can contact the moderation team with your details.
