I changed my package recently and had some things to return (wi-fi disc, a couple of TV mini boxes). I sent these in two bags and got an email back to say that they had been returned.
I'm still being chased for a mini box though, with the threat of £75 being added to my bill.
I feel that I'm in a no-win situation - I can prove that the bags were posted, but not what was in them. Might it be that this particular mini box was an EE TV one rather than a BT TV one, and somehow it hasn't been picked up by EE?
Any help would be much appreciated!
