BT updated their terms and conditions which states that users should return equipment after use. In line with this prior to my contract ending as I did not have a link to return the equipment I contacted BT which scheduled a collection to return my equipment, however I have noticed that this has not been updated on my account. I have a copy of the receipt which I am able to share. I would not liked to be charged, I also have information which states the equipment was returned via a tracking link. I was wondering if this can be looked in to?
Ring the connections or billing team on 0800 800 150, supply them the tracking ref as proof you returned it, it will be updated instantly.
