Returning Equipment

Hi,

I closed my account and was told to send back my equipment. I have requested the bags 3 times and still no bags have arrived to send the equipment back. 

I have checked my address on the system and that's perfect.

Obviously I need to send the equipment back otherwise I will be fined.

Can anyone help?
